Account areas, billing tools, reports, and restricted analytics should only be available to authenticated users with the correct plan permissions.

Access to sensitive systems and account information should be limited to the people and services that genuinely need it.
Payment Security
FT should never store complete card numbers
Subscription payments should be processed by a PCI compliant payment provider such as Stripe. FootTrender should receive only the limited billing information required to manage subscriptions, invoices, and account status.
Payment providers maintain their own security controls, compliance programs, and data handling practices.

Access should follow identity and plan permissions
FT account access should be protected through secure authentication, session management, logout controls, and authorization checks. Sensitive analytics, reports, billing tools, and administrative actions should only be available to the correct account and subscription tier.
Multi factor authentication, suspicious login alerts, and additional account controls can be added as the platform expands.
Data Quality And Integrity
Reliable intelligence requires reliable records
Data quality is part of platform security. Incorrect identity matches, duplicate records, weak evidence, or manipulated signals can reduce the usefulness of creator intelligence.

FT connects public creator accounts using handles, links, platform relationships, and other identity signals.

Potential duplicate creator records are reviewed before identities are merged.

Artificial intelligence may assist with creator summaries, comparisons, trend explanations, brand recommendations, and market observations. AI generated output can contain uncertainty and should be interpreted alongside the underlying FT metrics.
Rankings are powered by FT methodology and structured creator signals. They should not be presented as arbitrary AI opinions.
